Gabriele Spina Alì

Having obtained his master degree in Italy, Mr. Gabriele Spina Alì begun his Ph.D. in 2013, researching on clinical trials protection rules under the TRIPS and Free Trade Agreements. Before joining the University of Hong Kong, he collaborated with two major intellectual property offices in Europe and has practiced law in Italy. An IP law enthusiast and now a peer reviewed author in leading journals, his research interests range from intellectual property and pharmaceuticals, to patent law and innovation, copyright and fair dealing. His primary supervisor is Ms. Alice Lee.
