Mr. ZUO Anlei obtained his PhD degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong. LLM (NUS). 2016 Visiting Scholar at the Lauterpacht Centre of International Law, University of Cambridge; 2015 Guest Researcher at Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Munich. His main research fields include public international law, international intellectual property law, international trade law, and global governance.
